This work is for people who are wanting a deeper understanding of who they are and what they are capable of.  Living mindfully is becoming aware or conscious of your subconscious thoughts/program and adjusting accordingly. Statistically speaking, 90% of the population lives from their subconscious program 95-99% of the time - they are thinking the same thoughts and feeling the same emotions day in and day out. They are literally operating on autopilot.

Living mindfully is deliberately choosing to master your thoughts and emotions. It is learning to interrupt the old program and install a new one. Statistics show, we think on average 60-70,000 thoughts per day and of those, a minimum of 70% are negative - not good enough, not worthy enough, not deserving enough.  We have been taught to believe that pills are the answer but clearly, this is no longer working.

I teach people how the mind words, how it is programmed and how to delete programs that do not serve who they want to be. Everything is energy and when you start to perceive this reality as it really is and use our energy (thoughts and emotions), deliberately to create the reality you want to see.

I use a combination of different resources and modalities, providing me with whatever you think would help me to serve you better, is appreciated. Hourly rate: $75*, packages are available. Typical sessions last 2 hours.

Modalities

I use a variety of different modalities including energy medicine, depending on intended outcomes.

Heart brain coherence; in my opinion, this alone would change everything for everyone.

Coherence: A highly efficient physiological state in which the nervous system, cardiovascular, hormonal and immune systems are working efficiently and harmoniously.

 

When you live in a state of coherence, here are some of the things that happen:

  • increase immune function and release of DHEA (youth hormone)

  • increase cognition, ability to make better decisions

  • decrease depression, anxiety and fatigue

  • the ability to tap into intuition on demand, and more.

Bruce Lipton is brilliant, I refer to him as a Hero to Humanity. He speaks here more about Psych-K. I couldn't do a better job than this. This technique uses kinesiology to communicate with the subconscious mind, much like hypnotherapy, only faster.
